Sumarverkefni („appið”) hjálpar fjölskyldum að skipuleggja dagleg verkefni
barna. Þessi stefna útskýrir hvað við söfnum, hvers vegna og hvaða valkosti þú
hefur. Appið er ætlað til uppsetningar og umsjónar af foreldri eða
forráðamanni.
Hverju við söfnum
Aðgangsupplýsingar (foreldrar): netfang þegar þú skráir þig með netfangi
eða Google.
Prófílupplýsingar: nöfn foreldra og barna sem þú slærð inn, og valfrjálsar
prófílmyndir.
Verkefnaefni: verkefni, valfrjáls skilaboð, vikuverðlaun og myndir sem
krakkar taka til að sýna að verkefni sé klárað.
Tæknilegt: grunn innskráningargögn og, ef þú kveikir á tilkynningum, tákn
tækis fyrir push.
Við söfnum ekki vísvitandi öðrum persónuupplýsingum frá börnum og biðjum ekki
börn um netfang (krakkar ganga inn með fjölskyldukóða eða persónulegum kóða).
Hvernig það er notað
Eingöngu til að keyra appið: sýna verkefni, leyfa krökkum að senda myndasönnun,
leyfa foreldrum að yfirfara, fylgjast með framvindu og (valfrjálst) senda
tilkynningar. Verkefnaheiti sem foreldri merkir sérstaklega „opinber” eru deilt
í hugmyndalista innan appsins sem önnur foreldri sjá; engu öðru er deilt milli
fjölskyldna.
Geymsla og öryggi
Gögn eru geymd hjá þjónustuaðila okkar, Supabase (ESB-svæði), og eru
dulkóðuð í flutningi. Myndir eru geymdar í einkageymslu bundinni
fjölskyldunni og bornar fram með skammlífum undirrituðum tenglum.
Eyðing gagna
Þú getur eytt gögnunum þínum hvenær sem er í appinu: notandi getur eytt eigin
aðgangi og stjórnandi fjölskyldu getur eytt allri fjölskyldunni. Sjá

Summer Tasks (“the app”) helps families organise children’s daily tasks. This
policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. The app is intended to
be set up and managed by a parent or guardian.
What we collect
Account info (parents): email address when you sign up with email or
Google. Used to sign you in and manage your account.
Profile info: display names you enter for parents and kids, and optional
profile pictures.
Task content: tasks, optional notes, weekly rewards, and the photos
kids take to show a task is done.
Technical: basic sign-in/session data and, if you enable notifications, a
device push token.
We do not knowingly collect any other personal information from children,
and we don’t ask children for an email address (kids join with a family code or
a personal code).
How it’s used
Only to provide the app: showing tasks, letting kids submit photo proof,
letting parents review, tracking progress, and (optionally) sending
notifications. Task titles a parent explicitly marks “public” are shared to an
in-app idea list visible to other parents; nothing else is shared between
families.
Storage & security
Data is stored with our backend provider, Supabase (EU region). It is
encrypted in transit. Photos are kept in private storage scoped to your
family and served through short-lived signed links.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers. Data is
processed by Supabase as our hosting provider, and by Google if you choose
Google sign-in or enable push notifications.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your data at any time inside the app: a user can delete their
own account, and a family admin can delete the entire family (removing all
parents, kids, tasks and photos). For step-by-step instructions or to request

Children’s privacy
The app is designed for family use under parental control. A parent creates the
family and adds children. If you believe a child has provided information without
parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
